Job summary

This individual will report to the Technical and Quality Manager and will support the production team in achieving key metrics for safety, housekeeping, quality, and productivity. They will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in these areas. They will need to be able to readily identify opportunities, prioritize, and take action to improve asset utilization and production efficiency. They will provide technical support for production capital and improvement projects as well as lead other applicable projects in other areas as needed. They will work closely with both hourly and salary team members in all functions at the plant to implement critical improvements.
