Job summary

PSC Group is seeking a hands‑on Loader – Rail Switching Technician to safely load railcars and support rail movements within an industrial facility. This full‑time role offers stability, strong team support, and clear advancement potential.

You will operate forklifts and warehouse machinery, inspect and prep railcars, and complete required paperwork while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements. On‑site attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Valid Driver’s License and TWIC may be required for certain locations.
• On-site attendance and punctuality are required.
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and inspects railcars prior to product transfer.
• Connects and disconnects loading arms or hoses.
• Checks for leaks, weighs railcars, and completes paperwork.
• Operates a forklift and other warehouse machinery to load product onto trailers.
• Inspects trailers for securement and accuracy of labels.

Warehouse / Loading Technician

This is a full‑time role with stability, strong team support, and clear advancement potential.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Loader

• Cleans and inspects railcars prior to product transfer
• Connects and disconnects loading arms or hoses
• Checks for leaks, weighs railcars, and completes paperwork

Warehouse

• Operates a forklift and other warehouse machinery to safely load product onto trailers
• Inspects trailers to ensure product securement and no trailer damages
• Reviews and / or completes paperwork and labels for accuracy
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job

Job Qualifications

• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on‑site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus

Work Schedule

12 Hour Rotating Shift (Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays)
