Position Summary

Seeking a skilled and safety-focused Chemical Plant Operator with 2–4 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, familiar with industrial safety standards and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain chemical production equipment such as reactors, pumps, and tanks.
• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and record process data including temperatures, pressures, and flow rates.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely, including loading and unloading.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or bachelor’s degree/certification.
• 2–4 years of experience in a chemical plant or similar setting preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate computerized control systems.
• Ability to wear PPE and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Basic knowledge of chemical handling, safety, and HAZCOM.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
