The Arkema Group in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Production Technician to support the manufacturing, packaging and distribution of specialty resins. You will work 12-hour shifts (3 on, 3 off) with day or night options and start at $26 per hour with a 4% potential bonus.
Responsibilities include loading reactors, monitoring batch processes, operating forklifts, ensuring safety, and maintaining housekeeping. The role requires teamwork, adherence to procedures, and readiness for overtime as needed.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (3 days on, 3 days off) from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am (either day or night shift available) .
Position reports directly to the Grand Rapids Production Manger.
This job is responsible for the manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of specialty chemical resins. Batch manufacturing includes charging raw materials, processing batches, monitoring and recording key process parameters, and troubleshooting. Other Technician responsibilities include: loading, unloading, cleaning equipment, packaging product, maintaining a safe and orderly work area, assisting other production areas as needed, and overall plant Housekeeping.
