Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to perform tasks with some autonomy and follow SOPs.
• Able to communicate issues and follow established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment and process systems following SOPs, targets, and safety rules.
• Monitors process conditions and equipment to identify routine issues and adjust to maintain stable output.
• Performs in-process quality checks and logs results for traceability and shift continuity.
• Troubleshoots routine equipment issues and escalates unusual problems as needed.
• Documents production activity, material usage, and changes for traceability.
• Supports changeovers, startup, shutdown, and cleaning activities as required.
• Communicates issues and updates to team leads and maintenance staff to keep workflow running smoothly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
