Harcros Chemicals is seeking a Chemical Operator to load, unload, move, and handle materials within a plant environment. You will operate equipment, fill containers, blend chemicals, and support hazardous waste handling in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 months of related experience, and the ability to read safety documents, perform basic math, and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 months of related experience or training.
• Read safety documents, procedures, and manuals.
• Write basic reports and communicate effectively.
• Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, ratios, percentages).
• Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Solve routine operational problems.
• Operate a forklift and mechanical equipment.

Responsabilités

• Load, unload, and move materials within the facility.
• Operate forklift trucks, industrial trucks, and electric hoists.
• Load/unload tank trucks and railcars.
• Fill drums, totes, and pails.
• Perform mixing/blending and packaging of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals.
• Transport materials between storage and designated areas.
• Read and follow work orders or verbal instructions.
• Handle and manage hazardous waste, including storage and inspection and spill response.
