You will monitor materials, adjust process parameters, perform inspections, and collaborate with maintenance to resolve equipment issues and prevent downtime. The role requires attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Strong aptitude for basic math calculations.
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team. The Plant Operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation of equipment in a plant environment, ensuring efficient production processes.

Operational Processes

• Operate chemical processing equipment, such as digesters, mixers, pumps, and control systems.
• Measure and monitor materials to ensure conformance with production requirements.
• Adjust settings and control parameters to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests to maintain product quality and equipment safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed production targets.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure a secure work environment.
• Conduct routine safety checks and promptly report hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Participate in safety training sessions and foster a safety-first culture.
