This role follows a rotating 12-hour shift pattern that includes both day and night shifts, offering a consistent long-term schedule with built-in time off. Employees typically work:

1. Two days on, two days off, three days on

2. Two days off, two days on, three days off

3. And so on in a repeating cycle.

We are currently seeking a talented Plant Operator to join our team and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our client's production processes. Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ideally, 2 years of chemical process or maintenance experience in the petrochemical industry.
• Forklift experience is essential, and passing Forklift Certification is required.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform basic mathematical tasks, such as counting drums and climbing ladders.
• Willingness to complete in-house training as per the client’s Safety Management Plan and Production Training Plan.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including Audiogram, Pulmonary Function Test, Respirator Fit Test, and Medical Clearance.
• Passing a Rapid Urine Drug Test as part of maintaining a drug-free work environment.
