We’re looking for a dependable, safety-consciousChemical Plant Operatorto join a tight-knit production team working to shift the cultureat a well-established American specialty chemical manufacturer serving critical industries.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating and monitoring chemical processing equipment, includingchemical reactors and packaging systems.
• Handling bulk raw materials such as oils, acids, and solvents
• Recording process data and making routine operational adjustments
• Loading and unloading tank trucks and railcars
• Performing quality checks and keeping work areas clean and organized at all times
• Supporting safe plant operations in a physically demanding environment

What You Should Know:

• This is NOT light industrial work.
• It’s hot in summer, noisy at times, and involves working around chemicals and high-temperature/pressure equipment.
• You’ll be on your feet, climbing stairs, wearing PPE, and working with materials that require caution,precision, and attention to detail.
• Shift work may include weekends or overnights.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5 years of experiencein chemical plant operations, including:

• • Blending and mixing
  • Chemical reactions, packaging, materialhandling, shipping and receiving of bulk chemicals.
