Qualifications
- 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Willingness to work night shifts and overtime.
Responsibilities
- Induct, load, and unload parts.
- Maintain prescribed chemistry as required.
- Clean electrical contacts as required.
- Perform chemical dumps.
- Maintain tank levels and temperatures.
- Record daily pressure readings for hoods and scrubber per EPA directives.
- Calibrate precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers).
- Read/interpret blueprints for quality products.
- Maintain and service conveyor system (filters, pumps, hydraulics, tanks).
- Manage spare parts and tooling inventory.
- Ensure proper makeup of tank chemistry.
- Adjust recipes to salvage undersized materials.
