Job summary

You will follow written and verbal procedures to complete production tasks safely and accurately. You will monitor multiple process operations, maintain product quality and efficiency, and perform routine testing to support process control and specs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to apply scientific or technical knowledge in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining quality standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, refine and fabricate precious metals and chemical products through a range of operational activities.
• Follow written and verbal operating procedures to complete production tasks safely and accurately.
• Monitor and control multiple process operations while maintaining product quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine testing and checks to support process control and product specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensuring full traceability of materials throughout the process.
• Support housekeeping, waste handling and continuous improvement activities to maintain a safe, organized workplace.
