Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Process Technology Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in chemical plant or manufacturing.
• Strong math, reading, and mechanical reasoning; solid troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and respond to callouts.
• Willingness to serve on Emergency Response Team.
• Proficient in English; able to read, write, and speak clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of the unit and troubleshoot operational problems.
• Monitor process conditions using instrumentation to regulate temperatures, pressures, and flow.
• Record readings, lab results, and shift production data for relief planning.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Initiate maintenance requests and assist with minor repairs and equipment issues.
• Notify supervisors and maintenance staff of malfunctions and coordinate responses.
