allnex is seeking a Chemical Operator to join our manufacturing team in Willow Island, WV. You will be trained to operate the unit safely, handle raw materials, sample during production, and package products while maintaining environmental and health standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Chemical Operator certificate is a plus.
• Prior chemical manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Availability to work any shift.

Responsabilités

• The safe operation of the unit, compliance with health requirements and protection of the environment.
• Ensuring production of material meets strict quality standards.
• Preparing raw materials, charging the reactors, and taking samples during the manufacturing process.
• Pumping our final products into their packages (e.g., drums, tank wagons or others).
• Ensuring that all waste generated on shift is properly labeled and stored.
• Work with the supervisor to address issues and report production incidents & emergencies, and assist in training our junior operators.
• Work with team members and ensure team objectives are met.
• Ensure efficient and accurate information transfer between different shifts.
