Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical manufacturing operations in a safe and effective manner.
• Record information such as ingredients, weights, and temperature, and input it into the database.
• Monitor and control pressure and temperature of chemical process equipment.
• Operate plant equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Handle, transport, and process chemicals safely.
• Document plant processes and record production data.
• Operate tank truck and railcar vessel opening, loading and unloading of product; operate pumps, piping and valves.
• Troubleshoot issues with production equipment and processes.
• Maintain plant inventory records.
• Perform daily plant upkeep, housekeeping duties, and maintenance.
