Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit is hiring a manufacturing associate. You will follow batch formulas to produce finished products, package materials, and initiate improvements to prevent mismanufacturing.

You’ll also identify quality issues and work within plant safety programs to uphold OSHA standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, about 2 years of chemical handling or related logistics experience, and capacity to lift 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years chemical handling experience preferred or 2 years related logistics experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safety systems and OSHA required standards
• Able to lift 55 lbs
• Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts and/or other shifts on occasion

Responsibilities

• Follow batch formulas to manufacture finished products.
• Packages finished products and repackage raw materials.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of mismanufactured product.
• Identify and record any product quality problems.
• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
• Actively participates in plant safety teams and improvements.
