We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused individual to join our team in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. This role is centered on operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment while supporting efficient manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced industrial setting. Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting automated and mechanical equipment, safely moving raw materials throughout the production process, and ensuring equipment is operating at peak performance. This position involves setting up mechanical equipment, handling web and chemical materials.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable operating automated equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Additional responsibilities include performing in‑process quality checks, monitoring production performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and maintaining compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures. This position also requires maintaining an organized work area and collaborating with the production team to maximize equipment uptime, product quality, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
Shift Hours: 6pm-6am Friday‑Sunday
Pay Range for this position: $23.00-$36.00 per hour
