Salary

FUCHS offers competitive pay based on experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, with actual compensation depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Your Responsibilities

The Production Operator performs essential duties according to the Skills Matrix, emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity. Key functions include:

• Incorporating raw ingredients based on customer specifications
• Following batch tickets/mixing instructions to complete batches
• Updating raw material inventory using SAP software
• Working third shift (11 PM - 7:30 AM) availability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Technician preferred
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience in compounding, blending, and/or mixing required
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions
• Proficiency in basic computer functions, including MS Office and SAP
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
