Job summary

OLON USA LLC is seeking a qualified Chemical Manufacturing Operator to execute batch processes in the pilot plant and lab settings. The role features a straight 12-hour day or night shift (non-rotating) with a night shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math skills.
• Ability to work in teams or independently as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and move drums of chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Execute batch processes/recipes in pilot plant or laboratory environments in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
• Monitor, document observations, and record real-time data using ALCOA++ principles.
• Support API small-lot production, first-time scale-ups, and process optimization.
