Job summary

PSC Group is hiring a Chemical Loading Operator to join our team in Kentucky. This full-time role offers hands‑on training, safety‑focused work, and long-term career growth. As a loader, you will secure and inspect vessels at the loading rack, transfer product, verify weights, complete paperwork, and communicate with site leadership and customers.

On-site attendance and adherence to procedures are essential for success. No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• May require valid Driver's License or TWIC.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Secures and inspects the vessel at the loading rack.
• Transfers product according to procedures.
• Checks weight limits for vessels.
• Completes required paperwork prior to vessel release.
• Communicates with site leadership, team members and customer contacts.
• Performs any other duties to complete the job.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the vessel is secured and inspected at the loading rack
• Transfers product according to procedures
• Checks product / vessel weight to ensure limitations do not exceed
• Completes required paperwork prior to releasing the vessel
• Communicates with site leadership, team members and customer contacts
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job

Job Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on‑the‑job training is available
• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on‑site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
