Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Sterling, VA is seeking a Chemical Wet Lab Tech for 1st shift. You will perform chemical analyses, prepare baths, maintain records, and ensure safe handling of hazardous materials in a high-production environment.

Training on 1st shift is provided; you will document results in the TruChem system, follow EHS procedures, and support continuous improvement in quality and compliance. Associates degree preferred; 1–3 years of chemical handling experience encouraged; lifting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associates degree strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of chemical handling or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle materials from shelving.

Responsibilities

• Obtain chemical samples from the manufacturing floor.
• Analyze samples using laboratory equipment.
• Update and maintain hardcopy lab records and enter data into TruChem system.
• Make adjustments to chemical baths to maintain formulary standards.
• Drain chemical baths and coordinate with waste treatment for proper disposal.
• Follow safety training and PPE procedures as directed by EH S Manager.
