Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is offering a student internship in the Service & Support line in the Pittsburgh area. You will assist in sales and quality control processes to ensure customer satisfaction and conduct product testing to maintain high-quality standards.

Join the technical services team to troubleshoot customer issues, share product knowledge with sales, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college majoring in Chemical Engineering, Sales, Marketing or QC.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to learn and apply technical knowledge effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales and quality control processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
