Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is offering an internship in the Service & Support line of business in Pittsburgh. You will assist in sales and quality control, conduct product testing, and support the technical services team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

We value effective communication, teamwork, and a proactive mindset. Enrolled students from relevant majors will gain hands-on experience, with Summer PTO and holidays supporting a balanced internship experience.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college.
• Seeking students in Chemical Engineering, Sales, Marketing or QC.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a quality mindset.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist in sales and quality control processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct product testing and analysis to maintain high-quality standards. Support the technical services team in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and product knowledge. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
