Qualifications

Hands-on GitLab CI experience (CI/CD)
Ability to learn new technology systems quickly and apply them

Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support mid-level teammates
Judgment seasoned by at least 3 years of real consequences

Responsibilities

Reproduce the Santa Rosa field report bug, then fix it so it cannot recur
Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions
Write Innovation integration tests to catch regressions before Santa Rosa, CA is shipped
Lead GitLab CI design reviews to catch costly mistakes before Santa Rosa builds
