Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in chemical process engineering for facilities design in manufacturing/pharma/oil & gas.
• At least 1 year semiconductor experience.
• Experience with semiconductor facilities systems.
• Experience with Bluebeam and Navisworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies, errors, or gaps in technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with construction deliverables including P&IDs, detail sheets, and calculations.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Coaching mindset for improving quality of work with team members.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams with members in various regions.

Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or similar engineering degree
• At least 8 years of experience in a chemical process engineering role on facilities designs in advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical or oil & gas
• At least one year of semiconductor experience

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience with semiconductor facilities systems
• Experience with common building design software such as Bluebeam and Navisworks
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies, errors, or gaps in technical deliverables
• Familiarity with construction deliverables including P&IDs, detail sheets, and calculations.

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams with members based in various regions

We’re seeking someone available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week, preferably more than that. Work hour flexibility is needed to support a globally disbursed team.

Comments/Special Instructions

40 hours/week is available. If a suitable candidate is found who prefers part-time work, they will be considered if they can support with a minimum of 20 hrs/wk.
