Job summary

Staffmark seeks a Chemical Dispensary Coordinator in Neenah, WI to oversee chemical management from procurement to disposal. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and RCRA regulations while supporting safety programs and environmental health initiatives.

The role requires 1–3 years of chemical management experience and a preference for a Bachelor’s degree or safety certification. Expect collaboration with procurement and operational teams, utilizing SAP and other systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or recognized safety certification with relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience with chemical management regulations required.
• 2-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA and RCRA regulations.
• DOT Certification strongly preferred.
• Experience signing waste manifests preferred.
• Experience managing hazardous chemicals from procurement through disposal.

Responsibilities

• Manage chemical dispensary operations and chemical management systems.
• Coordinate chemical procurement, inventory, storage, transportation, and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with DOT shipping and receiving regulations.
• Administer Hazard Communication and Chemical Hygiene programs.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical labeling, and inventory records.
• Review chemical orders to identify hazards and recommend exposure controls.
• Support chemical emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Partner with procurement teams to ensure cost-effective chemical and gas cylinder management.
• Provide regulatory guidance related to OSHA, DOT, EPA, and RCRA requirements.
• Maintain compliance documentation and environmental reporting requirements.
• Utilize systems including SAP, SharePoint, EtQ, 3E Verisk, and SABA.

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
