Job Title: Part-time Chemical Consultant

Location: Remote

Compensation: Project-Based or Hourly Rate

Job Responsibilities

** Technical consultation and scheme design **

• Deeply understand the technical needs of customers in the fields of Chemical Industry, and provide professional technical consultation and solutions.
• Assist customers in technical evaluation, feasibility study and project planning to ensure the scientificity, progressiveness and feasibility of technical solutions.
• Develop customized technical improvement and optimization plans for specific issues related to customer research and development, production, marketing, development strategy, etc., to enhance customer's technical level and production efficiency.

** Industry research and market analysis **

• Conduct in-depth research on the technological development trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape of related industries, and provide valuable industry insights and market analysis reports to clients.
• Pay attention to changes in domestic and international industry policies and regulations, timely interpret policy impacts to clients, and assist clients in formulating response strategies.
• Participate in industry seminars, technical exchange meetings, and other activities to expand industry networks and enhance the company's visibility and influence within the industry.

** Innovation cooperation and knowledge sharing **

• Actively participate in the company's innovative cooperation projects, explore new technology cooperation models and business opportunities with customers and partners.
• Share one's professional knowledge and experience in the industry, provide training and guidance to team members, and promote the overall improvement of team capabilities.
• Continuously learn and pay attention to new technologies and methods in the industry, apply them to practical work, and promote the company's technological progress and business innovation.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background

• Master's degree or above, PhD preferred, majors related to chemistry, organic chemistry, chemical engineering, etc.
• Having a solid foundation of professional knowledge, familiar with cutting-edge technologies and research trends in related fields.

2. Industry experience

• Having over 10 years of relevant industry experience, possessing rich work experience in technology, research and development, production and other aspects.
• Priority is given to those with experience in chemical consulting or cross-border project cooperation, who can adapt to industry standards and technical specifications in different countries and regions.

3. Professional skills

• Having excellent technical analysis and problem-solving skills, able to quickly and accurately identify and solve customers' technical problems.
• Proficient in experimental techniques, data analysis methods, and software tools related to the field, able to independently conduct technical research and project implementation.
• Familiar with intellectual property protection and patent application processes within the industry, able to provide relevant technical support and advice to clients.
• Having excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and partners from different countries and regions.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, proficient in using English for business communication and technical document writing.
• Having excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work closely with internal team members to complete project tasks together.
