Key Resin Company is seeking Production Associates to join our 2nd shift for chemical blending and packaging roles. You will measure, mix, and blend raw materials to meet product specifications, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, blending, chemical processing, or related production experience.
• Ability to accurately distinguish colors.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to regularly lift 50-70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, weigh, and measure raw materials.
• Blend batches according to batch tickets and product specifications.
• Color match products to customer requirements.
• Clean and prepare mixing vessels and equipment.
• Monitor raw material inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
