Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years related batching experience.
• 1+ years manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing and blending equipment to produce batches according to specifications.
• Follow batch cards, job tickets, and production procedures for accuracy.
• Transfer and transport raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Set up, adjust, change over, clean, and maintain production equipment and work areas.
• Monitor batch quality, collect samples, and submit documentation to Quality Assurance.
• Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely with PPE.
• Conduct daily inspections of material handling equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via Kanban, cycle counts, and stock verification.
• Manage hazardous waste handling, storage, and disposal per regulations.
• Ensure materials and products are labeled, identified, and stored.
• Follow company safety policies, environmental regulations, and housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
