Job summary

ICT, Inc. is seeking a Production Specialist to safely convert chemical raw materials into finished goods at the Riverside/Walnut Grove facilities.

The role emphasizes adherence to batch sheets, SOPs, and client specifications, with responsibilities across staging, processing, and packaging while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year in a production setting, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Requires HS/GED and 6 months to 1 year in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Must understand and apply safe handling procedures of all materials and SDS.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and operate batch sheets.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review production schedule at start of shift.
• Monitor batch process and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Stage raw materials, run batches, and document batch information.
• Clean and prepare equipment between batches and report issues promptly.
• Maintain organized work area and assist training of new hires as needed.
