Under the supervision of the lead cooks and/or Sous Chef, assists with the preparation of menu items, including chopping vegetables, making salads, soups, sauces, and assembling entrees. Provides work guidance to kitchen staff to ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are met or exceeded.
