Job Summary

• Possess knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience (desirable)
• Develop menus, control costs, and oversee purchasing and inventory, focusing on local sourcing
• Demonstrate a passion for sustainability

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HACCP
• At least three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurants, with inventory and purchasing control
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, sanitation, food costs, and presentation
• Experience with exposition cooking
• Knowledge of P&L and contract service experience (desirable)
• ServSafe certification (a plus)
• Culinary experience in healthcare preferred
