Your Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you uphold Neiman Marcus Restaurant excellence by using team members' skills, maintaining the restaurant to current standards, and supporting important Restaurant initiatives. You will work on-site within the assigned restaurant and report to the Store General Manager. The team makes life extraordinary by supporting the store efforts to maximize sales while protecting our people, products, and profits.

What You'll Do

1. Manage associates on training and daily tasks
2. Maintain quality and cleanliness across all dining rooms and kitchens
3. Oversee cleanliness and adherence to Health and Safety standards in work areas
4. Enforce NMG policies and procedures
5. Maintain proper documents to begin, finalize, and achieve seasonal profit plans
6. Support and maintain a 90% score or better on seasonal shop reports and sanitation evaluations
7. Develop and/or support special promotions and events for restaurant
8. Manage inventory amounts, batch invoices, and month-end forecasts
9. Maintain current and accurate paperwork from POS reports while monitoring restaurant success compared to the bottom line, reviewing preliminary profit and loss reports
10. Partner with the Restaurant General Manager and Executive Chef to support any restaurant needs

What You Bring

1. 2-4 years of relevant experience
2. History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams
3. Customer-focused

5. Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
6. Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds
7. Schedules will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
