Compass Group USA's CulinArt Sector is seeking a Chef Manager to lead culinary and food service operations at our client site in New York. This role drives menu development, cost controls, inventory, and sourcing with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in culinary management within contract foodservice or fine dining, strong HACCP knowledge, and familiarity with P&L responsibilities. ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality and cost controls.
• Experience with menu development, sourcing, and inventory management.
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
