Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all culinary aspects of food service, including inventory, ordering, and receiving.
2. Possess knowledge of P&L accountability; experience in contract-managed services is desirable.
3. Develop menus, control costs, and manage purchasing and inventory, emphasizing sourcing and utilizing local food products.
4. Maintain a passion for sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Knowledge of HACCP standards.
2. At least three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings, with inventory and purchasing expertise.
3. Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, sanitation, presentation, and food cost controls.
4. Experience with exposition cooking is needed.
5. Knowledge of P&L and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
6. ServSafe certification is a plus.
