Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time CHEF at our Duolingo location in Pittsburgh, PA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:30 pm. Previous cooking experience is required, with an internal referral bonus available. Pay range is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with free meals and laundering services at select locations.

Associates will work under the Flik banner and report to kitchen leadership, delivering quality food and service while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates kitchen and food-service associates.
• Supervises cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring sanitation and customer service standards.
• Prepares high-quality dishes according to recipes to meet production schedules.
• Maintains proper food presentation, temperatures and portion control.
