Job summary

IPOT in San Francisco is seeking a skilled chef/line cook to prepare, cook, and present hotpot and BBQ items to company standards. You will assist daily kitchen operations, manage plating and inventory, and keep the station clean and safe.

You will lead with strong organizational skills, adapt under pressure, and help train junior staff while collaborating with service teams. Flexible shifts, weekends and evenings required; commute to 1420 Irving St is expected; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and culinary techniques.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to commute reliably to 1420 Irving St, San Francisco, CA 94122.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present hotpot and BBQ items to standard.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, plating, and inventory management.
