Metropolitan Pub Company is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, bringing experience with fresh ingredients and a passion for quality dishes in a high-volume setting.

You’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen and food safety standards, and communicating clearly with your team to ensure timely service. A fast-paced, fresh-food pub background is preferred and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Be primarily responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes.
• Have experience in maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality dishes to guests on time.

Responsibilities

• Confidence in running a section of the kitchen independently.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, fresh food pub or restaurant.
