• Proficiency in multiple cooking methods and high volume service.
• Strong written and verbal communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all culinary operations for the hotel kitchens, including main kitchen and commissary functions.
• Perform saucier, butcher and cold production tasks to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensure food quality, service, and offerings meet established standards while achieving financial goals.
