The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Chef de Partie at The King’s Head Inn. You will be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount.

With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional service. You will oversee food safety, storage and compliance with legislation and company policy, working with the team to uphold high standards.

• Experience in a similar role as Chef de Partie.
• Passion for delivering quality food.
• Ability to present dishes with care and accuracy.
• Strong communication, time-keeping and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety, storage and compliance with legislation and company policy.
• Prepare and deliver dishes to high standards for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house and management to maintain high standards.
• Maintain a clean working station and work efficiently under pressure.
