In this role, you will oversee Peacock Alley and In-Room Dining, managing a team of 2 Senior Sous Chefs, 15-20 cooks, and reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating delicious culinary creations, skilled in training and developing others, and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations (e.g., financial performance, social media reputation, local market capture, employee relations). A minimum of 2 years of culinary management experience is required. Experience managing a unionized environment and prior luxury hotel experience are a plus.
