Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Chef de Cuisine for Subaru Park located in Chester, PA.

The Chef de Cuisine is the lead culinary professional responsible for supervising all culinary operations at the location.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Train and lead kitchen personnel
  2. Supervise and coordinate all related culinary activities
  3. Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
  4. Select and develop recipes; standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
  5. Establish presentation techniques and quality standards; plan and price menus
  6. Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance; uphold safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  7. Oversee special catering events; may also provide culinary instruction and demonstration of techniques

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a related position
  • At least 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree
  • Advanced knowledge of principles and practices within the food profession
  • Experience in managing people and resolving problems
  • Strong verbal, reading, and written communication skills
