The Club at Cordillera Mountain, located in Edwards, CO, is seeking a full-time Chef de Cuisine to support the Executive Chef and oversee daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property managed by Troon.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 based on experience; benefits include healthcare, retirement, and PTO. The ideal candidate will have an associates degree plus 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience and食品 safety training.

Qualificações

• Associates degree plus six months to one year experience in supervising high volume facilities.
• Must have Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training.
• Regular and reliable attendance and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures proper preparation of menu items.
• Inspects, selects, and uses only fresh ingredients to maintain high standards.
• Writes, maintains, and updates menu specifications, recipes, pictures, and production forecasts.
• Prepares requisitions for supplies and food items for production.
• Observes production flow and enforces cost and quality control procedures.
• Ensures proper receiving, storage, and rotation of food per health regulations.
