Eataly North America is looking for a Chef de Cuisine (CDC) to support the Executive Chef team in managing the authentic Italian dishes produced in Eataly's restaurants. The CDC will ensure food quality standards are consistently met and collaborate closely with the Executive Chef team to develop seasonal menus.
Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of chef experience and 2+ years of management experience, along with a strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and excellent leadership skills.

Reportsto the Executive Chef and manages a team of Sous Chef Managers.
