The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport is located across the street from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. We are looking for a talented Chef de Cuisine to join our team! If you have at least 1-year culinary supervisory experience, menu development skills, basic computer skills, and a passion for culinary arts, this may be the role for you! Previous hotel and banquet experience is a plus.

The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for leading the culinary production of a designated kitchen, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?
  • Lead daily culinary production, including meal preparation, food quality and presentation, safety and sanitation compliance, team performance, cost controls, and profitability.
  • Manage systems, budgets, forecasting, reports, and departmental meetings.
  • Inspect and select quality food and beverage products.
  • Create and implement new menus and food items.
  • Develop team members through supervision, training, counseling, scheduling, and recognition.
  • Recruit, interview, and train staff.

Salary Range: $78,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
