Job Description

Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to oversee culinary operations at our full-service restaurant and cocktail bar in Bethlehem, PA.

The Chef de Cuisine leads all culinary activities, supervising kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Train and lead kitchen personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate culinary activities
  • Estimate food consumption and manage procurement
  • Develop and standardize recipes to ensure consistency
  • Establish presentation standards, plan menus, and set pricing
  • Maintain equipment, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Oversee catering events and provide culinary demonstrations or instruction
