This full-time role in Atlanta, GA offers a base salary of $70,000–$75,000, plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. We’re looking for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a farm-to-table environment and is passionate about crafting fresh, creative dishes that complement an elegant yet approachable dining experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and execution.
- Collaborate on seasonal menus that reflect the beauty and bounty of Atlanta, GA’s regional ingredients.
- Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated back-of-house team.
- Maintain inventory, food cost, and kitchen cleanliness in line with high operational standards.
- Work in close partnership with front-of-house leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a high-quality, scratch kitchen.
- Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for team development.
