The team will optimize Unity runtime, analyze engine performance, and implement measurable improvements, collaborating with internal and external experts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-performance software engineering team.
• Proven technical knowledge of Android platform tech across C/C++, Java and Kotlin.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with internal Product owners and external partners to align benchmarks, technical specs and interdependencies.
• Expertise as a software engineer with working familiarity with C++, C# and Java.
• Ability to assimilate and understand a large and complex software product.

• Collaborate with Unity engine, platform and graphics teams to propose creative solutions.
