OTG Management in Philadelphia is hiring a Chef to oversee kitchen operations, lead and mentor culinary teams, and ensure clean, safe food preparation.
You will partner with top Chef partners to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences, manage menus and food costs, and uphold OTG standards.
A minimum of 5 years’ chef experience is required; a culinary degree is preferred. Must be able to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, in an airport setting.

The OTG Chef is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring that food preparation meets health and safety standards. The Chef will lead, train and mentor culinary teams which include Sous Chefs and Cooks.
