Job summary

Thai Heritage Restaurant in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Thai Chef to join our kitchen team. You will bring authentic Thai flavors, expert cooking skills, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and presentation in a fast-paced dining setting.

This full-time role offers hourly compensation ($30–$40) based on experience, with potential bonuses, paid time off, employee meals, and other benefits as applicable. Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Thai dishes with authentic techniques and presentation standards
• Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and safety across all kitchen stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and dish consistency
• Assist with menu planning and daily specials as required
• Monitorstock levels, minimize waste, and uphold cleanliness of workstation
