Job Description

  • Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
  • Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification or Licensing Required: Food Safety
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement merchandising plans.
  • Promote the continuous development of Team Members and identify candidates for management development.
  • Prepare, maintain, and track records for inventories and work processes.
  • Control department costs by monitoring and improving operations.
  • Oversee and evaluate training for department Team Members.
  • Develop and maintain communication with other departments to support marketing plans.
  • Provide excellent guest service by leading the team by example, aiming to delight and surprise guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer and employee satisfaction indices to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure exemplary customer service and greet guests warmly.
  • Understand and adhere to the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Prioritize safety for Team Members, guests, and products.
  • Handle products and equipment safely, following guidelines.
  • Promote an environment embracing diversity, inclusion, and respect for all.
